Council offices are open to the public Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm (public holidays excluded).
Contact us by phone on 1300 307 800 and we will endeavour to resolve your enquiry immediately. However for more complex enquiries you will receive a reference number that will track your request.
For emergencies, council’s general customer service number will divert to an after-hours service provider. There is no need to dial a different number. This is only for emergencies relating to council activities and services.
To make a payment or general enquiry, visit the Customer Service Centre at Town Hall, 2 Caledonian Hill, Gympie or the Kilkivan Branch Office at 26 Bligh Street.
