Council deals with all personal information we collect in accordance with our Information Privacy Policy(PDF, 1MB) and will respond to all customer requests as per our Customer Service Charter(PDF, 2MB).

Customer Service Charter

Our Customer Service Charter applies to any person who requests information, services or actions from Gympie Regional Council.

The charter explains how Gympie Regional Council staff will respond to you so you have a positive service experience.

Call 1300 307 800 to speak to one of our friendly Customer Service staff - Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 4.45pm.

If you need to report an urgent issue after hours, you will be redirected to our after-hours service.

Email council@gympie.qld.gov.au and your enquiry will be tasked to the relevant team for actioning.
