Need to make a payment? Council provides a variety of payment options for:
- Rates
- Dog registration renewals
- Infringements; and
- Debtor references

Online
Gympie Regional Council's payment service accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). For Rates and Debtors, only one payment per account can be made in a 24hr period (resets at 4.30pm).

In Person
In person payments can be made at one of our Customer Service Points between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

By Mail
Return your remittance advice slip or include your infringement notice number with your cheque or money order in an enclosed envelope and address to:

Log in to your internet banking to make payment from a cheque or savings account.
You will need the Biller Code and Reference Number as well as amount owing listed on your notice.
By Phone
Phone (BPoint) 1300 276 468 to make payment over the phone.
Please note you will be asked for your Biller Code and Reference Number listed on your notice.
