Competitive Neutrality Complaint

If you believe Council used their position to compete unfairly with a you as a business competitor, the provision is afforded you to submit a competitive neutrality complaint.

Complainants are encouraged to meet with a representative of Council to explain their concerns and enable Council to clarify, and if possible, resolve the matter, before any formal complaint is made to Queensland Competition Authority.
