Infrastructure Charges Resolution

The Infrastructure charges resolution 2023 reflects the costs of maintaining and growing the following council-controlled trunk infrastructure networks:

  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Stormwater
  • Transport
  • Parks

It has been adopted in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act 2016 and the Planning Regulation 2017 and sets out certain requirements for new development to pay infrastructure charges.
