Invitation for Tenure for a Community Facility - 5 Bream Street, Tin Can Bay.
UPDATE AS OF 08/03/2022:
Applications are invited from incorporated not-for-profit community organisations to enter into a Community Facilities Management Agreement over the community facility known as the ‘Playgroup’ building located on part of the land at 5 Bream Street, Tin Can Bay.
Due to the February Flood Event and further weather warnings, the mandatory site inspection has been rescheduled to 10 am on Friday, 11 March 2022. If you have not already done so, please remember to register your attendance via email by 12 pm on Thursday, 10 March 2022 to property@gympie.qld.gov.au.
Applicants are required to attend a mandatory site inspection.
All applications must be submitted electronically via email to property@gympie.qld.gov.au prior to the Closing Date: 5pm, Monday 21 March 2022.
