Official Opening – JADA
Grafton Regional Gallery’s flagship art prize, the Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award (JADA) is touring to Gympie and we invite you to the official opening.
This award seeks to encourage and promote innovation and excellence in drawing and plays a vital role in fostering Australian drawing practice.
The 2022 JADA received 637 entries from 502 artists throughout Australia with 56 finalists being selected for the exhibition and subsequent tour including one Gympie regional artist, Ian Gunn.
All welcome, cash bar, refreshments served.
Exhibition on view from 5 June – 13 July 2024.
