Autumn Holiday Program

Explore easy engraving and printmaking on Tuesday, then make your own silhouette on Wednesday, inspired by the plants, animals, places and techniques that can be found in our current exhibition, Lionel’s Place.

You can also borrow a free Discovery Bag to explore the artworks in Lionel’s Place in more depth – experience art through all your senses as you smell the flowers, see through the looking glass, and create animal sounds with tools that bring this exhibition to life!

These sessions are inspired by Lionel’s Place, an exhibition showcasing more than 140 artworks created by Lionel Lindsay, an artist who honed his skills in etching and wood engraving, on at the Gympie Regional Gallery from 2 April to 25 May, 2024. More details here
