Revenue Planning for Community Organisations

Taking the step beyond developing an annual budget, revenue planning looks at your organisation’s current and potential revenue sources and decides which can or should grow, stay the same, or reduce over the next 3-5 years.

This workshop will explore various sources of revenue, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each, and provide time and support to develop a strategic approach to ensuring that your organisation has the revenue that it needs to fulfil its purpose.

You are encouraged to have several people from your Committee or Board attend.
