A Bestiary of Reverie – Nicola Hooper

A number of these creatures have historical origins whilst others represent potential hybrids created from interspecies virus transmission. In this exhibition Nicola uses the traditional storytelling method of lithography, used in conjunction with photography and paint to create wallpapers, chandeliers, and 2D and 3D artworks. This is done in order to create an environment in which past, present and future representations of ‘bestiary’ are explored.

Viewing dates: 26 June – 9 August 2025. Open during normal Gallery hours, Tuesday to Friday 10am – 4pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm. Entry is free, all welcome.
