Hi-Artworks Exhibition

Hi-Artworks is an annual exhibition that showcases the artistic achievements of senior students in Years 9–12 from across the Gympie region. Curated by Gallery staff, the exhibition highlights the diversity, depth, and breadth of techniques, materials, and themes explored by students as part of their visual arts studies.

Hi-Artworks 2025 is on display at the Gallery from 26 June - 2 August. More details here

Teachers Gatherings at the Gallery

Broaden your network and your art skills through our regular Teachers Gatherings.

Join Gallery staff and your colleagues to check in with one another, explore current and upcoming exhibitions, and dive deeper into how your school and students can connect with the Gallery - as students, teachers and artists – throughout the term and the year.

School Tours

The Gallery’s doors are always open to school and home school groups. Whether you’re looking for art activities that align with the school curriculum or simply want your students to experience high quality art without travelling to Brisbane. School tours are free.

Incursions at your school are available on request. One of our dedicated Gallery staff can visit your school or group to facilitate an art experience aligned with the ACARA curriculum, or even as an end-of-term celebration.
