Gympie CBD Updated Parking Enforcement Trial

Council wishes to advise that a trial update to parking enforcement will commence in the Gympie CBD on Monday 25 August and will run for approximately six weeks.

Council crews are currently attending to several water main breaks across the Gympie region.

Approved Inspection Program - Dog Registration Program 2025/2026

On display until 30 November 2025

Gympie Regional Council will shortly be conducting an Approved Inspection Program (AIP) in the form of a series of dog inspections across the region. The program will operate for three months and during that time will target unregistered dogs to monitor compliance with Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Act 2008 and related local laws.

Demolition of The Fernery – Memorial Park

Council wishes to advise that demolition works will be taking place at The Fernery, located within Memorial Park, Gympie.

Works are scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 5 August 2025 and will take approximately six weeks to complete, weather permitting.
