Located in the beatuiful 1905 School of Arts building, the Gallery has proudly served as the hub for arts and culture in the Gympie region for over 25 years. Here, you can view exhibitions from established and emerging talent, as well as an array of touring exhibitions that bring the best of Australian art right to your doorstep.

ART POST | Artist Run Initiative | All Saturdays in July | 8am - 1.30pm
Housed in the historic Old Gympie Post Office, located in the centre of Gympie, ART POST is a beautiful exhibition space with dark walls and a contemporary ambience. The gallery hosts professionally presented exhibitions, events and performances dedicated to showcasing emerging and experienced artists of all artistic practices. ART POST is a welcoming space to gather, share stories, inspire and enjoy a beverage from the adjacent Chai Chai Teahouse, while being by the artwork on show
ART POST and the Chai Chia Teahouse are open from 8am - 1.30pm Monday - Saturday, serving a selection of teas, coffee, cakes and chocolates.

Award winning artists Dee and Gavin Hewitt create share and teach from their inspiring home studio beside the beautiful Mary River at the Palms near Gympie.
Their aesthetic is simple and sustainable, celebrating a natural rustic weathered charm through a variety of mediums. Media includes timber, textiles, prinmaking, painting, sculpture, assemblage and metal.
Enjoy a Make and Take activities, Sculpture Garden and picnic areas as well as small potted plants for sale and student art sales table.

International designer to the stars, Cindy Vogels invites visitors into her dynamic and eclectic production studio. This is the creative heart where couture meets culture...home to the creation of designs for red carpet events, film clips and runway shows. The studio also showcases the iconic millinery created for international superstar, Lady Gaga. Step inside a working production space where regional creativity connects with global stages, and experience where imagination, craftsmanship and music-inspired fashion come to life! Creative Pours | Roselen Tate | Visual Arts | All Weekends in July | 10am-4pm
Creative Pours first opened in Imbil just over four years ago specialising in the unique art form of Acrylic and Resin pours.
Here you’ll find a new and exciting range of handmade items painted and finished using this technique which are designed for everyday use as well as stunning acrylic and resin wall art that will add a touch of uniqueness to any home decor.
Paint and create workshops are also held and can accommodate up to twelve participants giving you the opportunity to learn this very popular art form in a relaxed environment whilst having some fun.
Roselen will be giving demonstrations during the Studio Trails
