Gympie Music Muster

Thousands of music lovers make the pilgrimage from all over Australia each year to experience the Gympie Music Muster, a highlight on the Australian festival calendar.

The iconic festival has been running since 1982 and to sum it up, “it’s so much more than great music”. Set amongst the spectacular Australian bush, in the Amamoor State Forest, the festival has played host to many music greats and continues to support emerging talent.

The event is run by the Gympie Muster Limited on behalf of the Apex Club of Gympie, a Not-For-Profit company limited by guarantee. It started as a fund-raising event for the community, and it continues as such. It is estimated the festival has returned over $21.8 million back to community groups and charity partners.

4-day ticket holders are entitled to free pre-muster entertainment and 9 days free camping.
