Summer Art Camp

Slow the season down with a gentle, hands-on Summer Art Camp at Gympie Regional Gallery.
This day is all about process art: exploring materials, trying mindful making techniques, and enjoying the joy of creativity without pressure or perfection.

Children will create thoughtful, handmade gifts using natural and repurposed materials, embracing a calm, non-consumer Christmas spirit.

We’ll paint, print, weave, stitch and assemble using simple techniques that can be continued at home.

Your child will leave not only with a bundle of meaningful gifts but also the inspiration and confidence to keep creating throughout the school holidays.

This is a drop-off program—parents are not required to stay. Spaces are limited, so be sure to book early to secure your child’s spot!

Ages: 7-16 years

Dates: Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 December 2025

Time: 10:30am - 2:30pm

Cost: $45 per day or $80 for both days (10% sibling discount available)
