Venue Hire
The Pavilion is a multipurpose venue constructed of two levels. The ground level has a sports floor for indoor basketball and volleyball. It also has a small, raised stage along one side and a glassed atrium area suitable for small functions. The entire downstairs has hosted many events apart from sports, including performances, gala dinners, school formals, seminars, expos, Eisteddfods, and graduation ceremonies.
Upstairs there are three meeting rooms suitable for workshops, meetings, smaller seminars, forums. These are the Madill Room, Smith Room, and Bishop Room. The Smith and Bishop Rooms have sliding doors between, so can open into a larger space if required.
The Apex Room has a licenced bar, dance floor and a balcony overlooking the racetrack. This room is suitable for dining, private functions, and small performances.
The Pavilion is an accessible venue with parking next to the building, a lift between floors and suitable amenities.
