RFT2023-24 038- Town Hall Carpark Retaining Wall and Station Road Retaining Wall
Tenders are invited to establish an AS4902-2000 contract for the Design and Construction of Retaining Walls at the Town Hall Carpark and Station Road.
The works components are split into two (2) separable portions and are described in Schedule 5 – Technical Specifications and generally include the provision of services to construct, supply and/or installation of:
- Earthworks Cut – excavation of embankment and removal of loose rock fill
- Earthworks Fill – place and compact
- Earthworks Spoil Cartage
- Grouted Rock Protection – Rock placement and grouting
- Concrete batter for grouted rock protection
- Environmental – Erosion and Sediment Control
- Site – Setout
This Contract will be established for an initial period of six (6) months. Council may extend the term of this Contract for the Further Period of six (6) terms of up to twelve (12) months each at the sole discretion of Council.
