Council meetings are held every four weeks (on a Wednesday) and start at 9am.
All meetings are held at Town Hall, 2 Caledonian Hill, Gympie (unless stated otherwise on the agenda).
Meetings are conducted in accordance with council's adopted Standing Orders.
Click on the name of the meeting event below to view all meeting documentation for that event. The agenda, reports and attachments can be viewed on this page, along with the minutes and video recordings after the meeting.
Council meetings are live streamed and recorded. When a live stream is available, a red 'LIVE' button will appear on the left-hand side of the meeting name in the 'Current and Upcoming Events' section below. To view the live stream, click on the corresponding meeting name.
