Meeting rooms are available at both Gympie and Tin Can Bay Libraries. The rooms are suitable for small groups to hold meetings, workshops and other activities on a limited basis. Non-profit making Community Groups and Organisations may use the meeting rooms free of charge. Business use is charged at the rate of $20.00 per hour.
Meeting Rooms may be used on a casual basis, subject to demand. Users are granted access on the understanding that they must vacate the meeting room if an official booking has been made, or is subsequently made, by library staff.
