Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available at Gympie, Goomeri and Tin Can Bay Libraries. The rooms are for small groups to hold meetings, workshops and other activities.

Non-profit and community groups are welcome to use the meeting rooms free of charge.

There is a charge for business use - please see below.

You can also use the meeting rooms on a casual basis, subject to demand, but would need to leave the room if library staff take a booking.

Gympie Library Meeting Room

  • AV facilities for laptop presentations
  • Business use $20.50 per hour

Tin Can Bay Library Meeting Room

  • Seats 20 people
  • Has a white board
  • Business use $20.50 per hour (Meeting Room), $15.50 per hour (Office Space)

Goomeri Library Meeting Room

  • Seats eight people
  • Kitchenette available
  • Business use $20.50 per hour

Imbil Office Space

  • Seats five people
  • Business use $15.50 per hour
