Planning Scheme - Maps

The Gympie Regional Council Planning Scheme was adopted at Council's Special General  Meeting held on Wednesday, 12 June 2013 and commenced on Monday, 1 July 2013. Amendments to the Planning Scheme commenced on 15 March 2021 to create the Gympie Regional Council Planning Scheme 2013 version 3.0.

The Planning Scheme sets out the intention for future development in the Planning Scheme Area and consists of an overall Strategic Plan map, zoning maps, overlay maps, advisory maps and Local Government Infrastructure Plan maps.

Please note:  Updates to Council’s interactive online maps (IntraMaps) to incorporate the Planning Scheme mapping changes from Amendment Package 2 into the Gympie Regional Council Planning Scheme 2013 (Version 3.0) will occur and be available to view on 15 March 2021 (commencement date).  Prior to this commencement date, to enquire into whether your property’s zoning has been amended, please check the Table of Zoning Amendments as referenced above.  Any other amendments to maps e.g. bushfire hazard, can be viewed here
