Media release: SAGE Women Forum

Women involved in local business are invited to take part in Gympie Regional Council’s SAGE Women Forum on 28 June, 2018, from 9am.
The Forum is part of the SAGE Women Program that Council launched in March, which aims to engage women involved in business in the Gympie region, and identify the support needed to enhance their capabilities and connect them to programs and services.
Forum discussions will cover the opportunities to achieving business success, future aspirations, and the assistance required for women to start or grow a business.
The Forum will be held from 9am to 12pm at the Gympie Civic Centre. Attendance is free.
Prior to the forum, special guest speaker Karen Schmidt CSP will share a breakfast presentation from 7.30am, that covers how to create a manageable and meaningful career.
Ms Schmidt has worked with organisations across eight countries in the Asia Pacific to professionally develop their staff. She is a Certified Speaking Professional and has internationally recognised accreditation. Her passion is to inspire sustainable success in others.
Cost for the breakfast session is $28 per person.
