Customer service points

We have a number of customer service points located around the region. Physical offices are open from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. The phone line is staffed from 8.30am to 4.45pm.

Council wishes to advise that our customer service counter at 242 Mary Street Gympie is closed to the public for payments and general enquiries.

Our Customer Contact staff are now located at Town Hall, 2 Caledonian Hill Gympie, open 8:30-4:30 Mon – Fri.

With the centralisation of the two Gympie customer service counters into a single customer contact location at Town Hall, Council will achieve economies of scale and provide increased parking options for our customers.
