Gympie Regional Council is committed to providing a level of customer service that does not attract complaints, but acknowledges the right of affected persons to provide feedback, both positive and negative, on its services and/or to lodge a complaint about a decision or other action it takes.

An Administrative Actions Complaint Process has been developed in recognition of the need to manage complaints efficiently, effectively, objectively and fairly, as well as to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
